It started going down after about an hour. Had to stick tape over the sides of the neck and keep blowing it up so probably will never order again

Worst service ordered on the 7th of August for my best friends hen party this weekend the 23rd of august still hasn't come nobody from the company can give me any answers of what is going very very disappointing

I received my Air bod quickly and was pleased with it . I blew it up to check it and it seemed fine. On the day of the hen party I blew up the Air bod again and he had a hole on the seam under his arm and was deflating . We ended up super glueing the seam and he did last a few hours but it was a very stressful experience. I would not recommend.

Have yet to receive it. Shipping said 8 days today is day 8 and I’m left without it for the hen party. So disappointed

Absolutely awful, the inflatable was full of holes so it wouldn’t blow up. Great idea but such poor quality and really disappointing for a hen do - also very overpriced. I’ve requested a full refund. Don’t waste your money! I’d seen bad reviews but ignored them, wish I hadn’t.

The actual product is good, expensive but worth it. The customer service is rubbish! Placed an order for 2of the same for my Sons 21st birthday - only 1 arrived and I had been charged for 2. Several emails and still no refund even though they promise to get back to you within 12 hours - now 5 days and no response other than trying to sell me more and the offer to write a review! Buyer beware if you have an issue!!!!

Très déçu car ce n'est pas arrivé à temps pour la bachelorette ! C'était marqué que si je commandais avant le 9 juillet ça arriverait le 12 juillet...la commande à été expédiée le 15 juillet et la bachelorette été le 18 juillet

Unfortunately, I did not recieve this package intime for my event despite the expected tracking estimation. Considering the price of shipping and price of the product itself, I was disapointed with AIRBOD.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Zero customer service. Had a issue with delivery dates and got absolutely no help in the matter. And the product is overpriced.

Still no product order on the 5th of July . Event it was needed for has passed so no need for it now . Replies when asked for help where slim and waiting over 2 days for replies

I was asked to write a review hoping I was still grinning ear to ear after receiving my AirBod. However I can’t really review it since I haven’t gotten it. It went from being about 40 miles from me. To 80 miles. To 160 miles. Not sure if I’ll ever get it at this point.

They use Evri for deliveries, my order got lost. Now, of course I understand that Evri losing the parcel is not the fault of Air Bod, but any business should know that by using Evri, you are engaging with a company that doesn't care as that will result in a lot of headache for both you and your clients. I placed an order on 3rd of June, it was supposed to arrive on the 11th, and I was leaving for a hen do on the 15th. When it did not arrive on the 11th, you could already see through Evri app that it was stuck in the sorting hub. I emailed Air Bod immediately to ask them to dispatch another one (with a 48h delivery, there was still enough time). They refused and asked to get back in touch 3 business days later. By the time I came back from the hen do, the package was still not delivered, and there was still a week to go until the home town hen do, so I emailed Air Bod again to ask to dispatch another one in time for the second hen do. They replied on the day of the hen do, 5 business days later. I then said that I didn't need it anymore and asked for refund, after which the replies got much faster and they had the cheek to offer a replacement Air Bod, or another Air Bod. I did get refunded, but it took to much effort, and they do not care at all. Absolutely unreliable, don't spend your money on them.
