“Shipping takes over 20 days with no disclosure. I never received my order in time for my event . Air bod came highly recommended to me, but I will not be doing the same for others. Extremely disappointed.”

“Sent to wrong address even though I emailed them as soon as ordered and asked them to change it. Replied a few days later saying it wasnt possible to ship and missed recieving it in time for the event i ordered it for. Waste of time and money.”

“Never received it, and I paid extra for the 3 to 5 day delivery and no way to contact this company only by email, and then they took a long time to respond I eventually canceled and returned and I did get refunded though so I guess that's a plus! But will not order from here again! Seems a little shady to me buyer beware!”

“Horrible customer service. My Air Bod came with a hole. I took it to a bachelorette party and was unable to use it because it had a hole in it. I was not happy. I contacted customer service to receive a refund or credit for another Air Bod. ALL THEY OFFERED ME WAS A REFUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $13.07. And now they won't reply to my messages anymore.”

“I received my Air bod quickly and was pleased with it . I blew it up to check it and it seemed fine. On the day of the hen party I blew up the Air bod again and he had a hole on the seam under his arm and was deflating . We ended up super glueing the seam and he did last a few hours but it was a very stressful experience. I would not recommend.”

“Absolutely awful, the inflatable was full of holes so it wouldn’t blow up. Great idea but such poor quality and really disappointing for a hen do - also very overpriced. I’ve requested a full refund. Don’t waste your money! I’d seen bad reviews but ignored them, wish I hadn’t.”

“The actual product is good, expensive but worth it. The customer service is rubbish! Placed an order for 2of the same for my Sons 21st birthday - only 1 arrived and I had been charged for 2. Several emails and still no refund even though they promise to get back to you within 12 hours - now 5 days and no response other than trying to sell me more and the offer to write a review! Buyer beware if you have an issue!!!!”
