“Ordered this as a 40th birthday gift to give my partner on holiday. Said on the website 5 days delivery and I ordered it 9 days before we went away and it didn't arrive in time so pretty disappointed with that”

“Didn’t arrive very fast at all- and arrived after the hen do - despite saying fast delivery, and it hasn’t stayed inflated when it did arrive :( such a shame as the photo looks great!”

“I had ordered the airbod for a 60th birthday, unfortunately it arrived lated, well after the birthday celebrations were over. I did request to cancel the order, but didn't hear anything. The bod remains in its package ready for return.”

“After inflating the air bod I find that after 24 hrs there is no air left inside it despite putting the cap on tightly. Infact,it deflates rapidly and I had to keep blowing air into it to keep it topped up.”

“Ordered one of these last year for our senior for dance competitions and it worked out great. Ordered two this year and two days later the one keeps deflating. A little disappointed since we didn’t even use these at competition yet.”

“I’ve bought a few of these and they’ve been great. I ordered two for Christmas presents and they only came with one lot of packaging, I asked them to send another so I could wrap them separately but they declined. What a shame that such a good product should have such poor customer service.”

“Bought for my friends hen do, lasted about an hour and then started to deflate. Because I'd just exceeded to returns period I couldn't get a refund but was offered a small amount as compensation. Wouldn't buy one again”
