They did not help me when I sent them a message through Etsy showing what I asked to be ordered. I explained to them the personalization for my item that I wanted through the Etsy messaging because I was not given optionality on the website. They sent me the wrong one, and when I routed them to the message I sent on Etsy, just seconds after my order that they did not see (which is their job and their burden), they didn't care, correct it, or return me my money. Horrible customer service.

Was really pleased when it arrived, kept in original packaging. On the day of the hendo took it out to blow up and could hear air escaping, we tried to cover the what we thought was a small puncture with a plaster, but just went flat. A huge disappointment for the price

Absolutely awful service, ordered one for my soon to be wife's hen do, I ordered it two weeks before as it says it was 5-7day delivery. I didn't get any emails to tell me about delays or anything and it arrived just over two weeks later. I did get a full refund but only after I asked for it twice they did not offer a refund at all. Would never use them again.

Poor customer experience. Your sales process was okay until after payment. There is limited delivery information and your website stated you do next day delivery for UK customers but there was no options other than 5-7 working days when processing my payment. The item then took even longer to arrive despite considering all bank holidays.

Just last week my airbod arrived damaged, it has holes in it. I have emailed, messaged, left comments on Facebook and am been totally ignored. I needed it for this Saturday and am extremely disappointed. I find their obvious ghosting extremely rude. The actual airbod is great but useless as it won't blow up. Disgraceful non existant customer service

Placed an order and added that If the order wouldn't arrive in time could It please be cancelled, seller reassured me (3 days later) that the order would arrive in time. I then messaged 2 days before I needed it to ask for any tracking info and the seller replied that they had no dolls and something to do with the manufacturer so the item hadnt been sent and wouldn't arrive in time. Ridiculous service, let down last minute and not to mention I had to message 3 times to get a refund processed. Avoid this company!

I have still not received this item that was ordered on 16/02/2024. It’s now 3/03/24 and the hen party it’s for is looming quite near. Still no sign of the Airbod…….. Very disappointed 😔

I would love to review my product but I haven’t received it. The only email I have received is a confirmation email that the order was received. I understand that it is the holidays but do not send me a review if the expected time for me to have my product is here.
