“I don’t have it yet. My package has been rerouted to different post offices over the last few days; Chicago, Bedford Park, Gary Indiana and now Peoria IL. The package has moved farther away from me over 2 days.”

“It didn’t arrive when it was supposed too. I emailed the company and all I got was it arrived on Monday and we don’t deliver at a weekend. I had a notification to say that it will come on the Saturday and it didn’t. When it arrived I was already on the train to the destination. The hens and myself are very disappointed that we couldn’t take it with us. I Paid extra to have it delivered quickly. Won’t be recommending or buying again. Such a shame cause it was a great idea”

“Really not happy at all. I have tried to contact you via email and via messager. My product was damaged on delivery and I need another sending out. The fact that I've sent over 8 messages to sort this matter out if not acceptable”

“Terrible customer service, ordered once never arrived had to chase several times, no explanation given, they ordered another, never arrived tried to place blame on me saying I hadn’t confirmed I wanted another when I had responded they then just apologised in a really sarcastic manner and issued a refund - what a waste of time”

“So i was under the impression this was made in US! No the UK So not only pay $35 +$28 for shipping now I have to pay DHL another $22.30 for delivery. That is not good business your are not fair to your customer by not telling them in advance. So I also emailed you and no response even though your site says they will respond within 12 hours….”

“Terrible. The idea is good but my son was too embarrassed to go out with the balloon, perhaps a quick call or contact to purchaser to say not the best image to use have you got another. Waste of money for 21st birthday”

“Horrible customer service. Received 6 weeks after promised date and then it was still late after the new said delivery date. I guess it could have been near if I would have had it for the intended event. Won’t bother trying again on this one.”

Hi Karyn, ever so sorry, unfortunately it appears that there was a huge delay with the courier as this was shipped on the 13th June and I can see it was delivered yesterday. Apologies for any inconvenience and hope you liked your Air Bod.
