“Awful, I work for a large corporate company and they have been shocked about the lack of customer service. Air Bod popped on friends 50th birthday (first time blowing up) emailed photos and just asked for a replacement to be sent to her! no customer service at all! avoid! ruined friends birthday!”

“Arrived faulty will not stay inflated has 2 separate punctures. I’ve emailed twice to resolve and been ask to put it in water and soap to prove it’s damaged and send photo. Which I think is shocking being asked to investigate their faults !! Anyway I did it and sent pics and they didn’t respond… … it’s no joke shocking customer service avoid ! Wish I could give no stars !”

“Ordered a doll for a surprise birthday party more than a month in advance of when I needed it. My order never arrived. Tracking details showed it traveling all over the world. I did get a refund but was very disappointed by the whole experience.”

“Terrible company, will not do business with them again and I do not recommend purchasing anything with Airbod. Items did not arrive at all, I e-mailed customer service 3 times and have had no response. They say they will respond in 12 hours. That is a lie, stay away and go with another company! 0 out of 5 stars.”

“Never received!!! Cannnot even believe you have sent me to review this. I sent two emails asking where my product is and was told to reach out to local shipping. I ordered in plenty of time and ordered 3 for a birthday party. These aren’t cheap and was looking forward to them. I have a large birthday party that I was excited to have them. But nothing arrived. Can’t believe what a waste of money. Hoping to get money back. I paid for something to have nothing to show for it. I live in the USA and these are from Europe I’m assuming Rather have ordered from china!”

“Never received it, and I paid extra for the 3 to 5 day delivery and no way to contact this company only by email, and then they took a long time to respond I eventually canceled and returned and I did get refunded though so I guess that's a plus! But will not order from here again! Seems a little shady to me buyer beware!”

“Horrible customer service. My Air Bod came with a hole. I took it to a bachelorette party and was unable to use it because it had a hole in it. I was not happy. I contacted customer service to receive a refund or credit for another Air Bod. ALL THEY OFFERED ME WAS A REFUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $13.07. And now they won't reply to my messages anymore.”
