“Ordered a Tilley Hat which unfortunately was out of stock at the Manufacturers. Emmie from Customer Services took control of the situation and chased the tracking of the hat from The manufacturer to their warehouse and then sent it out to me. I was informed by email every step of the way and got it safely in the end. I would like to thank Emmie for going beyond the call of duty for her customers. Best Wishes Les Curtis”

“Brilliant company. Ordered my size of Meindl walking boots (size 14uk) and matched the price of the regular sized ones which were already an excellent deal. The boots had to be on back order from manufacturer, but as soon as they became available, they were posted to me without delay. Thank you!!”

“Picked up my tweed jacket yesterday, and it saw action today already, as The High Command and I took my grandchildren out to spoil them. “Thank you for delivery via DPD there delivery information is excellent. My Ariat Telluride ll H20 siize 5.5 are very good. I would say that I usually have size 5 and been having them for years but this year we're.too small looking at the sole width to my old pair I would say they are slightly narrower.”
