The belt I originally ordered turned out to be out of stock, I received an email showing alternatives. Instead of going back and forth between emails, Freya kindly took it upon herself to call me to discuss my purchase and needs. This was a much easier customer approach rather than awaiting a response via email. She then made sure it was shipped the day I purchased, receiving it a day after purchase ensuring it was here on time as it was a birthday present!

Livvy was quick to respond to my email where I was reporting a quality issue with my boots. Clear and detail proposal on next steps Returned the boots and within 48hrs was notified of my options Great service and most importantly super quick to respond and follow up. Well done team. It was very easy to order my Vierzon boots & I was kept up to date with the delivery. They are my second pair & if these last me for as long as my 1st pair which I wear at least 3 times a day I will be extremely happy .

Organisations should be judged, not by profitability alone, but by how well they deal with problems. On that basis Farley and, in particular, Freya Turner, get the highest marks for the prompt & very helpful way in which a difficulty with Loyalty points application and payment for an order was resolved. Customer is very happy with outcome and appreciated Freya's proactive and empathetic approach, which many organisations could learn from.

When my Le Chameau wellies sprung a leak the customer services team at A Farley were second to none (Livvy & Freya in particular). I returned my wellies to them and immediately they were on the case. Within 2 hours of them receiving my return they sorted a replacement new pair and sent them straight out to me. Brilliant service all round. Thank you 🤩

I ordered a pair of Hoggs of Fife walking boots a couple of weeks ago. When they arrived the boots were great but I was not 100% sure about the fit so have not worn them as yet apart from checking the fitting. I was also unsure about returning the boots and buying a different size in case those then didn't fit and the original pair I had actually bought (and had returned) was a better fit. After spending the greater part of the last month unsure what to do I finally contacted customer service yesterday with my dilemma and the service I received from Livvy Elliott was amazing. She outlined the different options of return that I could avail of and the option of ordering another pair and then comparing both fits and then returning the one that wasn't the best fit was the perfect solution but one I probably wouldn't have thought of. She also assured me that she would be able to adjust the loyalty points I had used for my first purchase if I decided to keep the second pair I have just ordered. My emails were answered promptly by her, she was professional and very helpful with all her suggestions and information provided. She understood my problems and the assistance I received was tailored to my issue and not some standard generated responses. I was very impressed with all the help I received from her and am sure once I receive the second pair of boots the return/refund will also be sorted seamlessly. There is always a risk with shopping online (sizing, quality etc) but I will definitely continue to shop from A Farley Country Attire, especially now that I know that any after purchase issues are taken seriously and sorted out professionally. My highest recommendations for the service I received from Livvy Elliiott. Thank you

A J Farley keep a good stock of quality items at competitive prices and i have used them for many years, i have had good service from the company and when i have contacted the company by phone have always been very happy with the service. The only issues (being of a certain age) is as with other companies i find the AI (live chat ) does not work very well for me. Overall good company good service.

Ordered vessel 15 way golf bag in white, received email next day saying not in stock so ordered grey 15 way instead only to receive email next day to say didn’t have that in stock either which was disappointing but not a disaster. They were very apologetic. Ordered white golf bag in 7 way .. all in all a good service and wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again..
