“After hours searching on the comparison sites, and internet, plus many phone calls to try to find somebody cheeper than the renewal from Adrian Flux which had gone up from last year i Phone Adrian Flux again and spoke to Emily who was great and after some searching got me an extra couple of quid off my fully Com. car ins. “Refund on 8 unused months was £168!!!!! Insurance cost £497. Absolutely money grabbing company, do not use”

“Was insured for my classic car at a cost of £205 for 2022 to 2023, had my renewal advice in excess of £750. an increase of 350%, had no claims or driving convictions. Then got a quote for similar insurance with agreed value for £470 from a well known insurer. Spoke to Adrian Flux and was told the insurance company they had used was no longer with them and they could not get anywhere near the alternative quote I had. Enough said.”

“Do not use. Nightmare to set up a simple insurance agreement. Made up future charges which weren’t accurate at £100+. Didn’t support completion of additional documents (which weren’t made aware of at the time of purchase) and were told were needed for the policy to be valid, so ended up paying for an insurance we couldn’t rely on. No reply to emails. Lengthy phone call just to cancel and find a more reliable insurer.”

“Don't do a true multi vehicle policy, my current insurance covers everything so my modern cars, bikes both modern and classic. Adrian Flux was separate multi policy for my bikes which I could live with but they wanted me to insure each of my 3 cars independently and told me they probably wouldn't be competitive!! Wasted my time and helpful lad at bike quotes time too!!”

“Just cancelled my Bike Insurance with Bikesure. The funny thing is they said I had a £14 refund, but I owe them 200 and something. How does this happen? And I got a much better deal. I really wish I read the reviews of Bikesure first. Had to fill in the things at the bottom pottery fun though I have no refund like I said the offer me £14 but they want 200 and something got all on recording and I told the person on the other side that I’m recording you and the silly person said that’s okay and I said I will put you all over Instagram and everything I don’t mind that’s okay Company hire people like this, not very good from”

“Awful company, charged my daughter £400 because she changed jobs , we tried to get business insurance for care work in the community, they wanted and extra £800 for this on top of her £1800 , her black box fell of her window , they sent a message to say they were going to cancel her insurance, then she got a phone call to say her insurance was going to be cancelled because she drives to much , they want £200 for this !!! Avoid this company”

“our family have been insured through Adrian Flux for a good few years and we have never had anything go wrong until this January when our car was stolen and written off in a police chase the thief's ran away from the scene. The the fun began trying to deal with the insurance company passed from pillar to post for months only to be offered £5000 less than we paid for it 6 months previously. We got paid out this week and we went to buy the similar car but the insurance quote from Adrian Flux is £4500 and when i said pardon me to the person on the phone he hung up.. Never will we deal with these people again”

“I had a dreadful experience using my breakdown cover I purchased from them. I was on a long awaited motorcycle trip In Spain. Unfortunately bike suddenly stopped working, I called international number which put me through to France call centre after many hours a continental calls my bike was collected no attempt to try and fix it! I was left with all my luggage on the roadside. Promised that a taxi and hotel would be organised for me it got to 21.45 I was cold and getting dark and with clear timelines I had to stay in a old dirty rundown hostel with a large dormitory style with buck beds. Felt very unsafe. French call centre totally unhelpful next day organising bike to be taken to Santander so I could get it on the ferry for my return journey home. In my humble opinion the flux recovery rescue is anything but that! Protect yourself better with a more professional and reliable company.”

“AVOID ADRIAN FLUX Took out caravan insurance on line. They took my money and then sent me an email saying they needed more information to validate the insurance. I've never been asked for more information like this in many years of taking out caravan insurance. I then spent a couple of hours trying to get them the right information about the caravan storage site, and decided that to avoid the hassle I'd like to cancel. Even though I'd only paid a couple of hours earlier, and the policy wasn't due to start for a couple of weeks, they wanted to charge £55, on a £122 premium! I ended up having to pay more on the premium rather than take the £55 hit. Hope I never have to make a claim, as I can only see that going one way. AVOID. Awful attitude to customers, and wouldn't trust them one bit.”

“Wish I’d read the reviews before taking out the policy. Do not under any circumstances deal with this company. My son took out his first provisional licence cover, made what they consider to be an error in his job selection (hospitality and restaurant) and charged £35 for them to tell us. Customer service is awful, takes forever to get an answer on the phone line and don’t seem able to pick up A phone themselves. If I could select 0* I would as nothing good to say.”

“Hounded for a “no claims “ document on my other vehicle , even though this policy was started on 0 years : I had the policy cancelled on me ,I had to reinstate it ( Only to drive the van to the garage for its mot ) Cancelled the policy and had to pay £170 so all in all it cost me about £250 to insure a van for about 3 weeks.I insure another 3 vehicle in the household do not go with the company !! Absolute nightmare and daylight robbers they make it as difficult as possible and charge ludicrous amounts to cancel !!!”

“Absolutely desisting customer service not paying out for a claim and then trying to up my insurance to £3.5k they make it so hard to contact them and they just send you threats to cancel your policy. Avoid Avoid Avoid”
