I had a dreadful experience using my breakdown cover I purchased from them. I was on a long awaited motorcycle trip In Spain. Unfortunately bike suddenly stopped working, I called international number which put me through to France call centre after many hours a continental calls my bike was collected no attempt to try and fix it! I was left with all my luggage on the roadside. Promised that a taxi and hotel would be organised for me it got to 21.45 I was cold and getting dark and with clear timelines I had to stay in a old dirty rundown hostel with a large dormitory style with buck beds. Felt very unsafe. French call centre totally unhelpful next day organising bike to be taken to Santander so I could get it on the ferry for my return journey home. In my humble opinion the flux recovery rescue is anything but that! Protect yourself better with a more professional and reliable company.
