“I purchased remi cachet hair and I was told by a hair stylist that it isn’t remi cachet. It is cheap and after one month the quality just went downhill :( really not happy.”

“We have had water softener for a couple of years but were unable to keep affording the salt so we have gone back to hard water in our area. I noticed my hair was terrible after just a few days so I looked around for shampoo for Hard Water and was recommended this. I was looking for a non-toxic brand too which made it quite difficult/specific to find. I was amazed that this Hard Water shampoo and conditioner was paraben free and also a really good price because it has the rescue kit x 4 included too! Very pleased, it's saved my hair and works really well. A great find and an easy to use website too.”

Hi Lauren, we had a small manufacturing delay earlier in the year and are expecting a big delivery at the end of November so hopefully no further stock issues going forward.

“Customer service from the ladies is great the male I speak to isn’t so good. Really annoying that they are always low on stock. Also whenever I pay for next day delivery it always arrives about 3 days later. Also the colour fades really bad. I purchased a base 7 and after two months wear with using the remy cachet products it looks like a base 10 it’s so light. I love that they do 24inches. And they have loads of colours to choose from(if I’m stock) I do feel the bonds thin out really fast and don’t stay double drawn.”

Hi there thanks for your comments. We pride ourselves on our great customer service and always try to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction. If you have issues with parcels arriving late and you have purchased a guaranteed delivery service we more often than not can refund for the missed deadline. If you experience issues with colour fading/bonds we kindly ask that you fill in a complaints for via our website so that we can investigate these issues for you. We did experience some small delays to our stock earlier in the year but hopefully by the end of this month they should all be in hand and moving forward not be an issue. Sorry you feel that our customer service was unsatisfactory. We cancel and refund orders for many reasons, as we take card security very seriously. Usually we call the customer and email them to explain why an order has been refused to avoid any confusion. If I can clear anything up for you please get in touch via our website, however on this occasion we feel that we have acted in a satisfactory way regarding online fraud.
