“Colours of the Remi catchet looked darker in real life than on the images on site but it was quickly dispatched and they were quick to exchange for a lighter colour. Good quality hair”

We do try to give a real likeness of our colours on our website but different monitors can change brightness etc - we are working on something which will hopefully eliminate this in the future. “Exceptional quality hair extensions (purchaed the root mimic tape in hair). Lasted longer than any extensions I have previously purchased and I have a massive box of old extensions! Second time purchasing from additional lengths (only needed to re-purchase as my “lob” grew out, the extensions are still in great condition, just a wee bit short now) I won’t hesitate to return. Honest and speedy no quibble returns policy. Only one small criticism is that it would be nice to see a picture of actual hair extensions on your website instead of a swirl of hair. Especially root shadow and ombré colours. This would assist with with colour matching and the length of the root to end colour blend. This could help prevent a return due to incorrect colour selections.”

Hi Lorna, First of all get in touch - we offer hair recycling all you have to do is request a return label and we'll take them off your hands and send them off to make "hairy sausages" that are used to absorb oil spills! We're working on a way to display our colours in a way that gives you a better idea before purchasing so watch this space! So glad you're happy with you hair. “My blonde hair extensions were completely orange just from the sun in Thailand, after two weeks. I came home thinking my hair was ready to take out and throw away. But first I tried the hard Malibu c, water satchets. I didn’t think they would make much of a differnce but wow! I used 8 packets but it completely took out the discolouration and my blonde was back, followed by a purple shampoo. Amazing product. Thank you!”

“I am on my 3rd set of the elegance super weft 180g #1B! It is honestly my favourite hair and wouldn't go anywhere else! Always lasts 12months or a little more! I would recommend anyone to buy them as they are really worth the money. Their customer service is fantastic as well - they are so on it! Highly recommend.”
