“Hair quality is good and once ordered everything has always arrived on time, only ever had a few issues with the incorrect colour being sent out or the shades not being in stock, have been waiting for a shade now for 3 weeks and it's costing me my business as had to cancel my customer twice due to this issue. I also think it's bad that if your don't order products within a time frame your trade account gets cancelled. However when you ring up the staff are always very helpful.”

Hello, Thank you for the kind words about our products, we strive to only provide the highest quality of hair extensions. In terms of stock, this is something that we are constantly working on to improve, however, at times, due to the length of time in which our products take to produce, we do occasionally go out of stock of certain lengths and colours, we do apologise for this happening and I can assure you this is being worked on by the whole team. This is true in regards to our trade accounts. The rule is in place to protect all current and future accounts from those that are not using the account in a professional manner, however, even if your trade account is closed, this does not stop you from applying again and providing up to date evidence. Many thanks, Additional Lengths

“I cannot say enough positive things about this product! This is my third order with Additional Lengths and I could not be happier. I use the tape-ins, and they are fantastic quality for the price! The colour is beautiful, the hair is soft and strongly woven onto the connection piece, and infusion tape extensions are generally much pricier, but these are VERY cost effective, for the quality you get. They blend in so well, and last a very long time for multiple retouches. On top of that, the orders each time have arrived incredibly fast and without any issues whatsoever. As long as the price stays affordable, and the quality stays as it is, they have a loyal customer in me for a LONG time!”

“I needed to fix my hair extensions after they became discoloured after my holiday. I had found the Malibu C hard water treatment on amazon but it was going to cost me £30 for 5 sachets and managed to get the same amount for significantly cheaper on additional lengths and next day delivery which meant I didn’t have to look like a pink/orange mess for too long!”

Hi there, We are sorry your experience has led to you leaving us a low review. As with all-natural products each batch can have slight variations due to different donors hair and other natural reasons. I can't see a purchase of a colour ring in your account, but depending on how the one you compared it to is stored there could be am an issue of fading, I can offer further guidance on the proper storage of the colour ring should you need it. I can see that your order was fairly recent and within our 28 day return period. Please feel free to return the hair in accordance with our terms and conditions for a refund if you are not happy. Hope this helps. Best wishes Additional Lengths Team x
