“I've been getting my hair extensions from here for a long time and with there being so much competition around I find it shocking that there is never a discount code or any deals for long standing customers or even free delivery when spending over £100!. And when I have emailed about things in the past I've never had a helpful reply.”

“Inspected the piece upon arrival but the front right clip was coming away and has been returned for exchange. Hopefully this is an isolated incident and the piece will be exchanged without problem. Also the web promo code did not work when entered. Phoned customer services who dealt with the matter promptly and sympathetically.”

“The hair sheds from the luxury range. It's a shame because the hair itself is beautiful and lasts a long time. I have now gone elsewhere for my extensions.”
