The customer service is great, the frame was shipped out very quickly, and their offer of putting in your photo is wonderful.
So why 2 stars? Maybe this is me, but I was expecting a more 'substantial' frame. I thought I'd looked at it carefully, but somehow I missed the fact that the silver plated frames have the metal only in front. It does not wrap around to the side, so in effect, what you are getting is a velvet frame with the silver plate at the front border holding the glass in place.
