“Although the delivery was delayed by "unspecified problems" at their courier when I complained about this to Addison Ross they responded with both an apology and an explanation within minutes and it was all sorted. Very polite and efficient customer service made up for any delays and I was very impressed with their speedy resolution.”

We received notification from our domestic courier (DPD), that they had received an uplift in volume that was compounded by the Royal Mail strikes, which resulted in e-commerce platforms switching to them at an unprecedented rate. We are working closely with our couriers to make sure all of our customers receive their orders, and we apologies that the shipping time on your order does not reflect this. “VERY IMPRESSED. We were after a blue frame that would match a blue Tiffany lamp. The teal enamel & silver frame seemed suitable, and it proved to be a perfect match. Excellent quality too. The service was OUTSTANDING. Purchased on 26 November. Dispatched on 27 November. Delivered by DPD (the best in our postcode) on 28 November. Next time we require a photo frame, Addison Ross will be our first port of call.”
