“Bought a silver plated photo frame for a friends' 70th birthday. Beautiful frame, perfectly wrapped and was so impressed ordered a gold frame (friends' 50th wedding anniversary) and another silver for another friends' 70th birthday. Unfortunately, photos were not available to be inserted in the frame before delivery. Transport packaging excellent and true to delivery times. First class service all around. Shame they offered 4 for 3 as I would have managed to get a fourth free for myself! Would highly recommend for quality of goods.”

“As is always the case with Addison Ross, the presentation and quality of the frame is excellent. Unfortunately, the Electric Pink enamel isn't really electric so the effect won't be quite as I'd hoped. Really, it's more a musk pink. Unfortunately, website colours aren't indicative of true colours. This has happened previously with an aqua shade... which I returned.”

“The quality of this frame was appalling. It is a cheap wood lacquered heavily on the front, painted black on the sides and has felt glued to the back - all to help disguise that the quality is no better than a Poundland frame. Don't waste your money buying this frame. It looks cheap and nasty. The returns policy makes you pay for postage so you lose cash on an unsatisfactory purchase. The customer service is unhelpful to - when I complained about the quality, they were dismissive and offered no support with the draconian returns policy.”

With regards to your comments about our returns policy, as we receive so few returns we have made every effort to focus our efforts offering free worldwide delivery, free gift boxing and of course our unique free photo printing service, unfortunately this means we unable to offer free returns in addition. “Ordered 4 frames for delivery to California. Arrived in amazingly short time, 2/3 days, excellently packaged and in v. good condition. DHL supplied updates all the way. Recipients loved frames. I think the uploaded wedding photo a little less successful, the groom's head chopped off a bit - but this could have been down to me not sure!!”
