“Most elegant notebook ever! Lovely colour. Perfect finish and well made, package was so nice as well, arrived on time, will def by more colours/ sizes one they become available”

“Really disappointed that I bought a travel frame and it allowed me to upload photos to be printed for it for free, but it arrived without them. Waste of time!”

Dear Nikki I'm so sorry you were unhappy with the photo, I'm afraid this only happens if the image you uploaded was too low a resolution, we're working on our software to try to alert people if they try to upload lower res images in future. “The picture frame ordered duly arrived very promptly. One small comment; on the order form a photograph of my choice could be uploaded and included with the frame for no extra payment. A photograph was duly uploaded with a lot of time taken to get the correct positioning. The orientation 'dial' did not like 270 degrees and this was impossible to accurately achieve. In the end the 'free' photograph did not arrive. Never mind shall get it done at Boots.”
