“I received a tray with a slight chip on it and contacted Addison Ross customer service and they were incredibly helpful and provided a very speedy response. They reassured me that their products are of the highest quality and that the product should not be chipped. Within days a replacement tray had arrived with no flaws. Not only is the product gorgeous and clearly of high quality but I was incredibly impressed with their customer service. I will most definitely be buying from Addison Ross again in the future.”

“Lovely frame, and beautifully packaged as a birthday gift. Only disappointment was that the photo I sent had not been printed and added to the frame, as expected. Luckily I checked before giving the present, and I was able to rectify the problem. However due to the quality of the product and overall service I would certainly recommend Addison Ross, and I will use them again.”
