“What beautiful products, extremely well made and value for money! All individually wrapped and delivered in excellent condition on time (the day after I ordered). Also kept up to date on delivery time slot. I work in retail and this is the kind of service you only dream of. “Ok, so first up let me say the frame I ordered was as described and of decent quality. However, the box it came in was huge (you could have fitted 8-10 of the frames in it) and all the empty space was filled with polystyrene balls which will go straight to landfill. So I have marked the rating down as I find this kind of massively wasteful packaging unacceptable.”

Thank you so much for your kind review, we are constantly striving to reduce our packaging and carbon footprint, unfortunately because the products are fragile and most contain glass we need to balance this with protecting against breakages in transit. “I bought the mother of pearl frame, which turned out to be really nice and better than expected. Unfortunately small corners of the glass 'window' of the frame were broken, with small pieces of loose glass inside.”

“A very prompt and efficient service. We uploaded a photograph in the late afternoon and it came printed and out and in the beautiful frame we had ordered less than 24 hours later. The quality of the frame was impressive and it came carefully and beautifully packaged. It has given us so much pleasure already and a lasting reminder of our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. I would certainly use Addison Ross again . A real find!”
