“The product is good but they use DHL for delivery which is really annoying I have to drive for at least 45 mins to collect it in Port Melbourne Definitely not convenient and DHL are a nightmare to deal with”

“was very keen to buy british and love the look of Addison Ross photo frames of which i have bought several as presents. love th elook of the clock but disappointed hands re not illuminous / no snooze facilty, difficult to turn off and alarm is very loud. so now hoingtohav eto look for anoterh alarm clock to use as oppose to look at”

“My friend loved her salt and pepper shaker. The one issue I had was there was nowhere to write a gift message if sending directly to someone else. I had to let her know I sent it which defeats the idea of a surprise.”
