I ordered a spray bottle replacement in February I was told oos okay so waited for a month then April came I said to cancel the order then it suddenly turned up the very next day, first time customer so I’m very unhappy.

Addis were always a name to trust, sadly the same is not true nowdays. I purchased this mop after having many in the past. After only the first use the squeezing mechanism gave way. The whole thing hinges upon flimsy plastic fittings. My initial thought was to return it but knowing a replacement would still have the inherent weakness my partner replaced the plastic parts with good old metal nut and bolt fittings. Perhaps Addis should adopt this to prevent further issues, because I cannot be the only one with this issue.

washing up bowl had rough sharp edges on the bottom scratched the sink. Not at all happy

Customer service asked me to resend photos of the broken outdoor siren even though those and the receipt were attached already. I had only used the airier 3 times but I had saved its original box too. After 3 more emails they eventually saw them, it was their error. They then sent me a link to try find the airier. I couldn't either so they said they would send me another airer instead which I accepted. Then another staffer emailed to say they had looked again and it was a product that was only available at B&M and that I needed to approach them instead. Terrible customer care, shirking out of their warranty, wasting my time and not helping at all.

Thought was 3x washing up brushes, online ad was misleading, turned out it was only one. With 3.95 delivery charge. Would not use Addis again.

Far too expensive for a sponge and they rot very quickly or dry out hard and break… very disappointing

Only had the mop a couple of weeks but because I didn’t keep the receipt you refused to provide me with a new bottle that was faulty, so thanks for nothing !

Hi Charles, All of our products on the website need to be sold at the RRP not to undercut any of our trade customers therefore, we are unable to sell at the same price as some of the larger retailers. The price paid includes our standard delivery charge. The cost of the product would be the RRP that some of our independent retailers charge, as they are unable to compete with the larger retailers. Unfortunately the bottle doesn’t fit it just leaks out all the time.The mop is only a few months old and was a mishap that made me order a new bottle.Sorry but it’s been a waste of money

My new appliance arrived and didn't work, E 1 code, very disappointing. After contacting your company, I re-boxed it,(with great difficulty), and it was collected by DPD as agreed, ...I have since heard nothing. Disgraceful ! I should at least have been notified as to despatch of replacement. Please reply and update me. 3.5 Ltd Thermo-pot.

Hi Andrew, We are sorry to learn your item arrived with an error. We have not been made aware of this previously thus are quality department will be investigating immediately. I can confirm that a replacement was arranged at the end of last week and is currently waiting to be collected by DPD. You can expect to receive this by Wednesday.

Ordered a spray bottle on the 5th October and still waiting on it being delivered .evri is the courier . 3 weeks bit of a joke

Hi Ross, Please accept our sincerest apologies for the delays you are experiencing. I have tracked your parcel via Hermes and it has been delayed for quite some time. We were not made aware of this by the courier thus we are sorry we have not been in contact with you. I have requested for a replacement parcel to be dispatched via DPD for delivery by Wednesday.

I placed the order for an Addis bowl and plate rack on 27th September and finally received the goods today (19th October) - over 3 weeks for delivery! The original delivery company Evri (Hermes) received the goods on the 6th October and have still not delivered the package. The goods that I did receive (as a result of 3 phone calls to Addis) were delivered by DPD, one day after they were shipped by Addis. May I suggest that Addis never use Evri/Hermes as your preferred shipping company - this just shows how useless they are. Such a frustrating episode.
