“I recently purchased a second food compost caddy because I was so impressed by the quality and ease of use. I use one caddy for food waste to go in my compost bin and a second caddy for cooked foods that my council collect and hot compost. They are neat, take up little space and are easy to empty and clean. Well made and hand wash or go in dishwasher.”

“The Shirtmaster Ironing Board and cover provide a large and well-cushioned area for ironing all clothes. I have the ironing board for about 10 years now and it is very sturdy and solid. I live in Ireland and my local retailer no longer supplies the covers, so I have to buy from the UK, which costs and extra €10 for An Post to handle the delivery, plus the delivery charges by Addis, plus Import Duty applied of 23% VAT, so what was initially £10.00 each plus delivery, has cost me €45.00. Could you please let me know the name and contact details of any retailer in Ireland that currently stocks the covers, so that I can get a supply directly from them, thus reducing the cost of getting this item.”

“Ordered 2 cream bowls. Rather slow on receiving the order due to lack of staff but when they did come they were perfect. After I queried the delay, I was kept informed of when they would be dispatched etc.”

“Hi ,we have had a Addis mop for years with no problems until recently. The replacement heads are not secured very well with the bonding keeps breaking off from the mop head. We brought a new mop and two replacement heads and still the same problem exists. The problem is with the replacement heads as the bonding doesn't last the old mop heads used to last ages the one in the picture as been on for a week. Thanks”
