“Hi ,we have had a Addis mop for years with no problems until recently. The replacement heads are not secured very well with the bonding keeps breaking off from the mop head. We brought a new mop and two replacement heads and still the same problem exists. The problem is with the replacement heads as the bonding doesn't last the old mop heads used to last ages the one in the picture as been on for a week. Thanks”

“Items arrived well packaged and were as expected. Price was better than elsewhere even with carriage charge for my shipment. Only thing is it did take about a week - not urgent, but just good if we knew at time of ordering that despatch would be 7 days - yeah I would buy here again.”

“The bowl is absolutely brilliant. Made of sturdy material and easy to keep clean. Great. The drainer is a bit of a disappointment. I needed to get one to fit the draining board so my choices were limited. My previous one was Addis and was great. This one not so good. It has no substance. Is quite flimsy and the area for the plates barely holds them so we have to be extra careful. I will be replacing it elsewhere as soon as I can as not happy with it.”

“The new mop arrived, I of course tried it out only to find that one of the plastic catches to attach the mop head to snapped off the first time I used it so the mop head had to be replaced. Iwas diasappointed as my old mop with metal nuts was far superior.”

“The product provides quite a lot of drying space whilst still folding up quickly for taking indoors when the rain comes pouring down. I've used this before and it is ideal for T-shirts, trousers and small towels. The only negative is that the screws loosen eventually and need to be tightened every month or so.”

“I needed to replace my previous 2-litre food-saver (used as lunch-box) only due to an incident that broke it as it would've lasted well for even more years, already 10 years old, thus i wanted another so it was good to see the company still producing its well-known housewares directly via their easy-to-use website. Postage was fast, though the container was put loose in the sent box but it wasn't damaged. The only negative is that the lid of the new container doesn't fit as well as the old one and requires extra effort to fully seal down and there's no feel to it 'clipping on' so sometimes it isn't seated properly. Looking at the lid & main container body there is some excess material, i haven't felt too annoyed to ask for a replacement as i'm hoping it wears-in over time to eventually seat together properly, but only 4-stars this time - other than that it's fine overall.”
