“Customer service is none existent. Never did speak to anyone and no response from my message. No communication at all. Not a happy customer. The item turned up dented, didn’t ring customer service as I knew it would be a waste of time. Would never order anything again.”

Please note that our phone lines are open 8:30am-4:30pm Mon-Thurs and 8:30am-4:00pm on Fridays. We are only a small team so sometimes if we are already on the line you may not be able to get through. “I ordered 4 items on the 1st Septmeber only 2 arrived and now on the 19th September I am still waiting for my refund. Havining said that, The quaulity of the products I recieived was excelelent.”

“The products are great and arrived quickly. There were stickers on the two larger bins which were extremely difficult to remove and I spent a lot of time soaking and carefully scrubbing the sticker residue so I didn't scratch the surface of the bins. There was a separate item in our box addressed to another company - I contacted Addis and they advised I should dispose of it. However the company was less than 10 miles away so I contacted them and they were extremely grateful as they urgently needed the item and had been chasing it.”

“I have not received my item yet due to it being damaged in transit but I must say I was impressed that I had an e mail from yourselves advising me of this rather than leaving me in the dark and also the quick reply to my e mail asking for a replacement. I look forward to receiving my order soon”

“My bottle on my Spray mop was leaking! I was going to buy a new mop and then googled "replacement bottles for Addis spray mop" and Addis website came up! Was able to order new bottle- postage a bit steep but cheaper than buying a new mop and better for the environment! Delivery good. Thanks 😀”

“Variable delivery experiences with DX, but two recent orders of different sized bin bases from Addis have all been perfect. I have had their laundry baskets, brushes and roll top bins for years - a quick wipe over to clean & all still look as good as new. Highly recommended.”

“I couldn't buy the 9.5L silvery grey washing up bowl from any shops and it is the one we have used for the last goodness knows how many washing up bowls, so I found the Addis website and ordered it directly, yes I had to pay postage (very reasonable it was too) but the bowl was cheaper than everywhere that was selling that size so price wise I didn't lose out ordering directly and I ordered a grout cleaning brush for the tiles, both items are excellent and delivery was very speedy. I find the Addis washing up bowls and the washing up pot brushes last a really long time, no other make of washing up pot brushes last as long! I also tried one of their wooden scrubbing brushes with natural bristles, I liked it so much I bought another! I will always buy Addis brushes and washing up bowls, I have been for the past 30 years I don't see that changing! 👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟😊”
