“It's a brush and dustpan, it does what it's meant to do. However, the Addis label has been stuck on the inside of the pan and if you try to remove the label it leaves behind a sticky area which the dirt you sweep up will stick to. I suggest the manufacturer sticks the label to the underside of the pan.”

“Addis is a name you can rely on. I needed new mop heads for my Super dry mop which is brilliant and leaves my floor so clean and really does leave it nearly dry unlike others.”

“Extremely disappointed. I placed an order and 10 days later still hadn't received my purchase. The only reason I had any correspondence is because I contacted them to find out why. Turns out they had not dispatched my item and then sold out of it, but didn't bother to tell me or issue a refund until I got in touch.”
