“First time using this company and I was very impressed. Our order arrived the next day and we discovered one screw had no threads and the trampoline base had a rip in it. They responded within an hour and had the replacements ordered and being delivered straight from the manufacturer. Which we received within a few days. Their customer service was excellent. Given the current Pandemic I was expecting to wait a few days for a response but despite this they were fast and efficient. Will definitely use this company again! Highly recommend.”

“Ordered a water table. Activity Toys Direct took the payment and texted when the order would be delivered that day. Got an email later that day saying that the item was not in stock and my order was cancelled. Got another email 24hrs later saying the item was on its way. Appalling customer service! Keep away.”
