“Plum sand pit was best price around and arrived within a few days in perfect condition. Would highly recommend. Other companies seem much slower on delivery at the moment because of the lockdown.”

“I ordered online, and after I ordered i had a question. I phoned up and got really friendly and helpful response. Delivery was only a few days. Trampoline was easy to build and is of superior quality. Overall I am very happy.”

“Very nice desk, Its so perfect just as expected. Okay that’s not clear what are you put in there that’s lemon that’s not a lemon I don’t know you got breadcrumbs and David did you get them from change it don’t use it my son loves it. Thank you so much for the fast delivery even at this time of the month when its convid 19. Activity toys direct driver made the delivery.”

“If I could score a 0, I would. My order still hasn’t been delivered in full and so we have been unable to build it. No update provided since initial day of report just week, despite calls. Not sure why I paid for expedited delivery when tge order hasn’t been delivered. Would not use and would not recommend to anyone.”

Good Afternoon, i am sorry to hear you have had issues, As you can imagine couriers are extremely busy and are prioritizing essential deliveries. I can see you have been corresponding with someone int he office and Tuffnells. I can since see that the goods have been delivered.

“I love the sand and water tray that I purchased! I found it to be rather sterdy. I don’t understand why the legs need to screwed in, they don’t need to be. The umbrella is ok, but we won’t have it up too often as my son is quite tall and his head hits the bottom of the brolly. We’ve had to tie a hairband around the umbrella when down to make sure the wind don’t blow it around. But overall It was a good purchase. The toys that come with it arnt flimsy they are solid plastic which I like. It’s entertained my child for hours!”
