“Sadly I was rather disappointed with the unit. The slide has a good 10cm drop at the end, it doesn't sit very flush with the ground and my son was hurting his back on it everytime he went down it and I was only using it in the house. I did ask to return as its not fit for purpose but was advised I was not allowed to return once the item was assembled and used and that I can see from the pictures what it is like!! On a positive note, delivery was quick.”

“The quality of the product is actually very good. However I would imagine that the rather tricky assembly would be made easier if you had instructions that matched the product - we got instruction for above ground trampoline with side nets and we had an in ground trampoline without nets which meant we had to rely on you tube and guess work. Would also help to publish guidance on hole depth and size on website.”

“Excellent delivery even during unusual times. It was a present for my grandson’s first birthday, delivered direct to my daughter’s house so I haven’t seen it. She reports that it’s great and will keep her three children occupied!”

“Absolutely excellent service. We have the 14 foot trampoline all set up now. I found it really easy to assemble. I needed my husbands strength for the last 5/6 springs but other than that is was fine. The trampoline is excellent quality and lots of fun has been had already. Great value for money.”
