“unfortunately items ordered turned out to be out of stock with nothing of comparable price to replace, as such due to urgency we paid extra but ended up with a much better than expected item - which was delivered next day despite late phone call from them. 4 stars rather than 5 but very pleased with their customer service regardless.”

“I have a one and two year old and both love this !!! It is however quite large, I was told it would fit in my boot (you'd have to drive a van or 4\4 so I will struggle around anywhere but my home area but still it's a real hit”

“Product is great and cheaper than it is in argos or toys r us. My granddaughter loves this swing. Only slight niggle is that it was delivered a day earlier than agreed and had to be taken in by an elderly neighbour.”

“Looks amazing but the rain shower water and sand table I bought is a summer thing so can't comment too much. That's why 4 stars. Got when I was advised in 2 days which was great as getting near to Christmas! Great service.”

“Having opened the go kart and built it up ready for my son's Christmas gift I am impressed so far. The berg buddy looks really cool and feels well built. The delivery was quick and I am pleased. I would recommend the use of the shop/website.”

“Delivery quick Easy to build but you need 2 people Product good quality Gutted as just built this and missing a part (L). It's for his Xmas. Have emailed company But cannot phone as number not in use. This info came with instructions.”

“I have bought a Thomas the Tank Engine roller coaster that I believe my son will really enjoy for Christmas. The big disappointment is however for the price all you receive is a basic blue train. I really did not expect to have to stick over a dozen stickers to make this look like Thomas. It will also inevitably not last well outside with a little boy playing on it in all weathers. A cheap option should not be produced for parents paying over £100 for these toys.”

“Price of the product was very good and ordering it was a pain free process. Delivery was quick and included in the price which is great Product arrived in good condition (although haven't opened it yet). However, delivery was planned for the Friday (and I stayed at home to ensure we received it as it is a present and had to arrive this week the latest) and nobody came. I emailed you on the day (as I know it is sometimes difficult to find the house) to get a confirmation of what caused the delay and when the delivery would be and no one got back to me. I finally found the parcel by chance last night as I took the bins out as it was left outside the back door. We expect it was delivered on Monday as it definitively wasn't there at the week-end but it would be good to have a note through the door or feedback from yourself about the status of the delivery as we have assumed for 4 days that the product hadn't arrived.”

“"The swing was relatively easy to assemble though I did have to enlist my husband's help. However, either I didn't read the advertisement for the swing properly or, perhaps the fact that a stand is required, wasn't made clear enough on your website. I had intended to put it in the branch of a tree. Anyway, I shall now purchase a stand. Perhaps you would advise me of the correct one to buy for the Quadpod?”
