“Great service and price, but we were surprised to see so many deep and long cracks in the wood due to shrinkage”

“Easy to order and delivered when they said. The only reason I can't give 5 stars however isn't activity toys' fault is that some items need replacing but they are dealing with our query. Kids love it!”

“This sandpit/picnic bench is a wonderful product, good quality and easy to put together. However the sandpit/picnic bench in the picture on the website was a completely different colour to the one that we received, so we had to buy a wood stain and stain the wood the right colour before putting it together. I probably would not have bought this product if I had known that it was a different colour to the picture, but we had to keep it once we had it as our son was so excited.”

“Arrived on time. Having built it we found some of the wood to be a little damaged - only time will tell if it's OK. On the whole it is very sturdy.”

“bought this for my 2 grandchildren ,looks good and hopefully is sturdy and will last years but must admit I am disappointed the wood has not been treated or painted for the money as this is not a cheap swing (Kingswood triple swing)”

“Product good, price very fair. Would give 5 stars if; bolts had domed nuts so that kids can't cut themselves and if a courier was chosen who gave delivery updates. Hope the feedback is appropriately received :-)”

“The climbing frame arrived the day we wanted it to, which was very handy. The only problem was the slide had a crack in it, but we contacted Activity Toys Direct and they arranged to have a new one sent out the next working day. The new slide was better wrapped in bubble wrap and so is absolutely perfect. We have now got to take the cracked slide to the tip as the delivery driver wouldn't take it away. Our kids love their new climbing frame, and it was a good price. Apart from the slight problem with the slide we are very happy with the service we received.”
