“Grandson clearly enjoyed it on his first birthday. The idea that one person could assemble it in one hour is like a Boris Johnson Brexit promise. Couple of washers missing. Rope mechanism a bit ropey. Improvised.”

“The trampoline is great! But the ladder doesn't fit. Disappointing as daughter wants to use the trampoline but unable to until I buy another ladder that is suitable!”

“Arrived quickly although must have ordered too late because paid for next day but available delivery date was a day later. Swing exactly what we wanted and very easy to assemble.”

“Really good product, very happy with it. Kids absolutely love it! Unfortunately we were missing a couple of bits including a bag of screws and 1 piece of wood. A couple of pieces also had the pre-screwed holes in the wrong place.”

“Loved the product we bought was exactly what we wanted. With regards to the delivery they delivered to the wrong house on a different road and they completely ignored the special delivery instructions because had they of done so then they would have called so we could of advised where to go. Luckily the house it was delivered to was honest and we got it back but we had to go round the houses in order to get it. Not ideal at all!”

“Fast delivery no problems with this. Happy about the parcel. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because the website said I would get it delivered on the Wednesday and it came on the Thursday.”

“Prompt delivery - but the slide proved very difficult to install on an existing TP frame. The fit of they parts was poor. The horizontal bar had been provided with incorrect hexagonal nuts that did not self tighten instead of the correct square ones”

“Hi we were pleased with the delivery ,and the seeing is up and looking good! Our 1yr old granddaughter loved it!! Only problem is there was no instructions and as it's for a 1yr old it really could do with a. Chest harness aswel for safety”

“We had a problem with our delivery - a box of parts was missing when deliveredby TNT. This was not Activity Toys fault, and a member of staff worked late to try and sort out the problem. The missing box was not found, so a replacement box arrived two days later early Saturday morning. On a different note, once we had the parts for our Plum trampoline we have regretted ordering it, as it has proven difficult to assemble properly.”
