“Very helpful and efficient customer service. A small part of our swing set had been damaged in transit, but Beth in customer services was brilliant at helping us to get this replaced, and also answering some other questions we had about the condition wooden frame we had received. Thank you Beth!”

“It was exactly as we thought it would be, 4 year old granddaughter loved putting the stickers on Thomas and every one was put in the right place,I have the queen of stickers..both the 20 month old and 4 year old loved it.”

“Yea the ordering process was easy and delivery quite quick but one wooden leg on the swing was and is broken. I'm within my ten days and have reported it with picture evidence. As it's just one leg needing replaced. Very happy other than the damaged leg that needs replaced.”

“arrived on time all complete and went together without any problem.Although it was explained that the cracks were to be expected and they would "heal" in time they did appear overwide(made up word) .I will let you know in time how the cracks are doing. The four and seven year old grand children gave it a 10”

“We were really pleased with the product that we bought but the delivery service was poor. Most of the parcels turned up on the day expected. We were told the other 2 were missing and they’d be delivered the next day...only one was delivered. I insisted they delivered the remaining parcel on the Saturday as it was a present for my son’s birthday which was on the Sunday. I’m sure next day delivery means just that for most people, but the delivery company let Activity Toys Direct down, otherwise I would have given a 5* review.”

“I ordered the Dino Dig Water and Sand Table, it arrived promptly as promised. Disappointingly there were only 2 legs in the box. I sent an e-mail and the 3rd leg arrive swiftly.”

“Great price so bought it on impulse. Very good once built but the packages were delivered over two days??, there were two damaged pieces which were sorted with specially bought glue and a very determined DIY guy. Won't rush to buy a Plum product again, I'll stick with the other well known children's outdoor play company.”

“Looks fantastic but omg it was like auditioning for the krypton factor to build! Instructions were fairly easy to follow but some of them were wrong. However very good value for money.”

“The order arrived promptly although the delivery company sent incorrect information about the delivery date. The product was complete and box in good condition. We did have an issue with assembly as one of the metal axle pieces had not been cut properly, leaving ends that were too wide for the corresponding fittings. We did manage to force the axle through after some time and although this shaved off some of the plastic from the Thomas ride-on, it does seem to work properly.”

“It looks very good, but I haven't put it up yet. One irritation is that the sales blurb implies that there is an anchor and that is all that is required. The instructions then say the anchor must be concreted in. The anchor looks fairly inadequate without concrete but there are much better ones on the market.”
