“Ordering and delivery was excellent. Kept informed at every stage. Cant comment on the toy at the moment as it's for a present later in the month. Cant fault the service though. Would order from them again.”

“The table is very durable mine came in a damaged box now the table survived but the draw board was full of dents I emailed the company and they were very quick to reply and sent a replacement out which I received the next day”

“Item received quick however obvious from packaging that the item had been opened before Does not appear to have been used. Made it all up. Now hidden away until Christmas. Hoping it's as good as last step 2 up roller coaster that I bought”

All our parcels are taped up here. This is to give the parcel extra strength to ensure it reaches you in good condition. I can assure you all our goods are brand new unused.

“Prompt delivery though the courier left it by the front door even though we were in. He was obviously in a rush and couldn’t be bothered to knock. Great swing!”

“very prompt, needs to be approached with time taken to identify parts and their placing in the assembly, illustrations could be clearer and instructions expanded to include a description of the assembly being carried out. Am in middle of the erection and am looking forward to its competion and the reaction of my grandaughters to it when they first see it”

“Purchased BushBaby Wooden Swing as I had previously purchased a larger model for my grandchildren, and was impressed with the quality and value. Unfortunately the swing arrived with only two legs! After reporting this to Activity Toys Direct a new pair of legs was dispatched quickly and they arrived the next day. In fact two pairs arrived! One of the legs was poorly manufactured so I rejected that pair and accepted the other. Unfortunately on assembling the swing I discovered that one of the legs was rather severely warped about half way down and was unfit for purpose. So for the second time I had to contact A.T.D. to request a replacement leg. To be fair, a replacement leg was delivered within 24 hours which is good service. I am pleased with the swing now, but I feel that A.T.D need to check the swings are up to standard and are fit for purpose. I also think that dispatch needs to ensure that all parts are delivered at the same time.”

“My little 1 year old loves his car, it’s comfortable and we go for walks and park rides. It’s easy to put together and is sturdy. Only downside is that the weeks don’t rotate but this is not su much of an issue.”

“My son loved the Thomas Roller Coaster, as i knew he would! I was disappointed when I discovered a few parts were missing from the box but the speedy reply to my email and great customer service saw the missing parts arrive the very next day!”

“We didn't want a wooden sandpit as we were putting it onto decking, most of them don't come with a base and we didn't want the decking to rot or stain. This one is a great size, kids love it and the lid stops rain and cats getting in.”

“Happy with item (childs plum swing). Happy that item was delivered on day arranged. However, had asked for last or 6pm delivery and that if parcel was left could it be hidden alongside right side of house. Message was clear and bold on delivery label but item was delivered at 9.am and left in full view by front door. Must add, Would still order again from them again though.”

“Lovely sand pit with plenty of room for the kids to play, fairly easy to put together, only thing is the cover is the best of, the wind blows it off and it does pool with water.”

“Prompt delivery of the wooden play area however one item was missing. It was quickly tracked and delivered the following day (even though I said I would not be home but neighbour took delivery, thankfully it wasn't too large) Would still purchase again though despite this inconvenience.”
