“Excellent gift for my 2 year old She has loved it the second she saw it and hasn’t got off at all. It’s even more perfect that it’s Thomas ... excellent product just a shame that the extensions to the track which are only two extra pieces are atleast half the price of the actual roller coaster Overall love the product and quality”

“I love the sand and water tray that I purchased! I found it to be rather sterdy. I don’t understand why the legs need to screwed in, they don’t need to be. The umbrella is ok, but we won’t have it up too often as my son is quite tall and his head hits the bottom of the brolly. We’ve had to tie a hairband around the umbrella when down to make sure the wind don’t blow it around. But overall It was a good purchase. The toys that come with it arnt flimsy they are solid plastic which I like. It’s entertained my child for hours!”

“Activity toys as a company is excellent. I ordered the wrong swing set first and they helped me out instantly, no problem at all. The swing set structure I ordered, plum marmoset double swing is of excellent quality, strong thick wood. The only thing I would change is the swing seat attachments that it comes with, the rope is very thin, and so cheapens what is a quality swing set. All in all however I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you.”

“There were a few design flaws and mislabelling of pieces, and my order came on two days as the slide ended up on another route by accident (not sure who is at fault here) but the delivery was extremely quick, the instructions plain and clear and the products themselves are beautiful.”

“The item we purchased is sturdy and my daughter loves it. Although not all the wood items have been cut to the best as they’re obviously manufactured in a factory, some pieces don’t fit perfectly. But overall it is great quality. My major negative would be the delivery driver. Loaded it off his van, left it on my door step. When I said could he help me move it into the garden as can’t be left on the door step (too heavy for me to lift on my own), he said “No I can’t sorry” then walked to his van. No conversation or helpfulness at all. I then sarcastically said “well thanks for your help” and the driver said you are welcome and drove off. Poor customer service to be honest on that part. If you are not willing to put it where the customer asks you should make us aware you’ll be dropping it at the step so I could have arranged someone to help me.”

“I have recently purchased for my Granddaughter, the Plum Discovery Woodland Treehouse. It is a sturdy, easy to assemble, lovely outdoor play centre. I decided to buy this particular size as it will give her many years of play with the various activities it includes The smaller Plum Toddlers Tower Wooden Play Centre, when measured was quite small and I thought she would soon grow out of it,even though she is only 1 years old!! Very happy with this purchase.”

“Overall satisfied with the purchase , but arrived in terrible packing. The box was anything but box should be . If I was not in urgent situation /my grandson gift / I would have sender back straight away.”
