“Roller coaster bought for grandsons birthday, delivered next day & well packaged. On in examination, the extension ordered did not fit to main coaster. Contacted Stef at ATD who came back quickly with a solution of how to resolve the problem. Unfortunately it did not work so contacted ATD again who arranged for next day delivery of replacement & pick up of faulty item. All done with in 2 days of original order. Fantastic customer service & product well made and will no doubt bring hours of enjoyment for all. Will use ATD again & already recommended to family & friends”

“I ordered the Step 2 Contemporary Chef Kitchen for my little cousin for Christmas because I know she will have years of fun playing with it like my children did! I live in the US and couldn't place an order online but the company worked with me so that I could order it for her. The communications and customer service that I received from the company were excellent! I will happily order from Activity Toys Direct again!”
