“Keeps my 2 year old entertained for hours. Easy to set up and clean. Had friends over today and all the children loved it! Shame the don’t do an adult sized one!”

“I bought Berg Buzzy Nitro 2 in 1 which is a terrible product, unsafe, doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do, i.e steer from the handle & is not suitable for the toddler age group stated 2-5. The seat is small, slippery & without harness. I contacted ActivityToys the next day after receiving the product and they denied me a refund. I wrote a formal complaint supported by a video to demonstrate the dysfunctional item, they were dismissive and still refused a refund. The sold me a very expensive toy kart which is unusable and refused to refund.”

We cannot accept goods back that been assembled and used. You have sent a video demonstrating the item being used, we have looked into this and the goods are working in the way as intended. The kart will not turn at a 90 degree angle, plus the kart was being misused, pushed with the handle bars by an adult with no child riding. We do not advertise this handle does come with a harness. We are terribly sorry to hear you are unhappy however we must comply with our company policy.

“I ordered a Step 2 Naturally playful Sand Table for my grandson's third birthday. The ordering process was effortless and the item arrived the next day as promised. Well packed, the table was quick and easy to assemble. Good quality, very sturdy and with a rainproof cover. My grandson loved it and enjoyed playing with the included bucket and scoops for hours.”

“Ordered for next day delivery and still didn't receive my order by day 3. It was meant to be for my daughters party. Communication with activity toys direct is very slow. I still have no product (10 days later) or refund. Due to the lack of communication I have no idea if the item has been sent back to activity toys direct or if its just been lost during transit. Wouldn't order again.”

“My grandson absolutely loves his new roller coaster, it is very well made and I'm sure will be used for many years to come. would also recommend buying the extension pack as it makes the ride even better. Delivery was very fast and it is well worth the price paid, would highly recommend this company.”
