“Loved the product we bought was exactly what we wanted. With regards to the delivery they delivered to the wrong house on a different road and they completely ignored the special delivery instructions because had they of done so then they would have called so we could of advised where to go. Luckily the house it was delivered to was honest and we got it back but we had to go round the houses in order to get it. Not ideal at all!”

“I ordered a swing set for my grandson's birthday about 4 or 5 days in advance of his birthday on the 11th, which the company said would be delivered by courier on the 11th. It was not delivered and there was no notification at all that it had not been delivered. I wrote to the company on the 14th only to be told that they had no idea where it was, but were looking for it! They kindly said they would send a replacement but I thought the service was not quite up to standard.”

“Really good quality Nest was very difficult to assemble for one person, would be easy with two people The two triple frames were very easy to assemble but it is critical to have the spots where the legs rest absolutely level before fixing horizontal leg braces at each end. The swing seats all seem good quality”
