“The trampoline is great! But the ladder doesn't fit. Disappointing as daughter wants to use the trampoline but unable to until I buy another ladder that is suitable!”

“The product is fine, but delivery was awful. You need to get better couriers. Could not find the address, delivered the wrong thing and demanded it back before delivering the right one, could not find the address again. In the end it arrived a week later than scheduled, and missed my grand daughter's birthday”

“Delivery was great and on time, even had to delay it a day to be around to sign for it. Product instructions were easy to follow, out this together myself in 2.5hours! Tegan loves it, very sturdy and well constructed. Note: make sure you follow the instructions around the springs, failing to do so will cause additional work!”

“The service I received from the company was amazing. They went the extra mile to ensure my son got his gift on time. However, the product we ordered has a fault. It wasn't a cheap item, but the plastics on our step 2 Thomas rock & rollercoaster are warped so it doesn't sit straight. As Step2 is an American company, we are unsure of who to complain to.”
