“My order was received the next day and the delivery group kept me in touch with an hours window even was told the drivers name. The product itself was easy to assemble.We have not given it to our granddaughter yet as it is for her 3rd. Birthday but it seems really sturdy and we are sure she will love it.”

“Despite ordering 2 weeks ago and giving enough time for a designated day delivery, my item failed to show up. TNT advised me the driver ran out of delivery hours despite me calling them on the day who assured me delivery would happen on that day. As a result, my daughter went without a present on her birthday. I would advise Activity Toys not using TNT as a courier service. I had no tracking details sent to me via email and so i had to go out my way to call and get this - and when i called TNT they had no better information to give me besides, "it's out for delivery from 9am-6pm." In this day and age i expect better tracking information. DPD are a good example of this. Won't be ordering again from your website as a result and its a shame as this was the first time i ordered also. I'm due to receive my item tomorrow (Tues) but not optimistic on the outcome.”

“Think for the price it would have had tyres, these plastic wheels arnt going to last 5 minutes, the twins like it but I don't think it's worth the money”

“I appreciate you sending a replacement part. However, you missed the whole point on this issue! In more than one occasion you failed to acknowledge the fact that my order was supposed to be a surprise birthday present. It should have been delivered complete on time and fit for purpose. At least one of the above was at breach in this transaction! ATD made more than one mistake on my order which has caused distress and inconvenience to me and to other members of my family. You should refer to the regulator’s handbook which says you can award a fair compensation that’s proportionate reflection of the impact a business’s action had on their customer before typing your next email! Mrs Young-Guesmi”

“When we unpacked, on Saturday, the various parcels left by the courier, it was apparent that the main pack of screws etc, 'fastener list' (Wood pack 5), was totally missing. This meant there was no way to put the Climbing Cube Play Centre together at all. Contacted manufacturer and they are sending us the missing pack.”

“Really good product, very happy with it. Kids absolutely love it! Unfortunately we were missing a couple of bits including a bag of screws and 1 piece of wood. A couple of pieces also had the pre-screwed holes in the wrong place.”
