“Easy ordering, super quick delivery and a fantastic item exactly as described. Easy to follow instructions. It did take 3 hours to build (as stated) but it went together as it should. The delivery driver was also great and brought it into the house for me. Recommended buy and company to purchase from. Thank you very much”

“Plum 2-in-1 Metal Swing Set with Two Swing Seats. I purchased a swing from this company. All I will say is cheap chinese rubbish. the powder coating wasnt pre-treated therefore fell off. They werent bothered and althoguh it potentially spoilt my sons 1st birthday they didnt care. refund and not really an apology”

Dear Steve, Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. As per the emails sent this morning I will pass this on to the manufacturer of this item as we do not expect our customer to be unsatisfied upon delivery. As you where unhappy with the item a collection and refund was the only option. Once again we apologise for the disappointment.

“Item arrived intact although box was damaged at edge, disappointed order did not arrive Wednesday as confirmed it would be when order was placed arrived next day which was less convenient for myself, courier did keep me updated of time of delivery. Otherwise happy with item.”
