“I ordered the Plum swing set and lookout tower as a 2nd birthday gift for our youngest and whilst the order arrived with a box missing, the box was despatched a few days later and our daughter loves the present! Activity Toys were easy to deal with and rectified the situation. I would purchase from them again, the Plum set is good quality, but it took seven hours to erect and the parts (wood and screws) are poorly labelled making the build a bit of an ordeal. I presume this is a Plum issue.”

“I am very disappointed, my plum sand table was missing parts. I sent an email to report this, I had to send another email as my missing parts had not arrived.. I received a email from plum via activity toys direct stating the missing parts will be sent... a week on from the first email I still do not have the missing parts! Very frustrating...my daughters were looking forward to playing with there sand table. The missing parts should of been sent out as a priority. Very frustrated and disappointed customer who is still waiting for missing parts.”

“Plum gibbon swingset.. had quite a few deep splits in wood took some photos and emailed company. Was told this was fine so hubby built it in about 2hours. Kids were delighted and have been playing non stop . Very sturdy. Grandkids are 9,7,7,2 and 1. I bought a toddler swing seperatly which fits no problem.They all love playing on this . A great buy .”

“We are happy with the item but the company have not been great. I booked a specific day for delivery, the item came a week early (luckily we were in) and a piece was damaged. I then had another delivery on the original day I had requested! Wouldn’t use this company again but the kids are happy with the slide.”

“why advertise what you have not got I think you are wasting peoples times by putting items on that are not in stock bad managment and I don't agree to your terms and conditions if you have not got the item the conditions do not apply DPPR PW”

“Excellent - Arrived quickly and with easy to follow instructions was quite quick to assemble. The Grandchildren love it. It is quite large once put up, so needs a bit of space!”

“Lovely little wooden house , my three year old grandson loves it . Yes it was flat packed and did need a couple of hours to construct but happy with the purchase . The planters on the front of the house are a worthwhile addition and now full of pansies .”

“Quick delivery the best price I could find online for this wagon, not used it yet as it is for my sons birthday in May but we have had a good look at it out the box and first impressions were it is very well made sturdy, we wasn’t sure about the wheels being plastic but I’m sure what we want it for that will be fine, my husband is a mechanical engineer and as said he may change the wheels and put a small set of trailer ones on if the wheels don’t meet our expectations but we are really pleased with the wagon so far!”

“We were really pleased with the product that we bought but the delivery service was poor. Most of the parcels turned up on the day expected. We were told the other 2 were missing and they’d be delivered the next day...only one was delivered. I insisted they delivered the remaining parcel on the Saturday as it was a present for my son’s birthday which was on the Sunday. I’m sure next day delivery means just that for most people, but the delivery company let Activity Toys Direct down, otherwise I would have given a 5* review.”
