Customer service was excellent. Really pleased with climbing frame but read ahead a couple of pages, as there were a couple of things that didn’t fit properly as we didn’t know they would be attached later. Good quality and children love it. Children are 5 and 8. It took two of us all day so 5 hours suggested is a bit ambitious. Would recommend.
