“I had a very good experience with this company. For some reason I was going to my old address when I received the email. I paid on PayPal. I contacted them to ask why it had done this even though I removed it. They contacted the company on my behalf and managed to sort it out and it arrived the next day. No issue at all. Great job 👏”

“I wanted to exchange and or upgrade my 2 night breakaway. Couldn’t do it on line but the lady I spoke to on the phone was amazing. I think her name was lily. She managed to upgrade to the hotel required.”

“We received a gift experience from family. It took while to understand the process of activating and validating the voucher online however once on the system it all worked fine. As I had left it until a week before the expiry date I wasn’t sure we could get everything sorted out however Yasmin and also Georgie at Activity Store were great. I would NOT recommend leaving it late! You can speak to an adviser if you place a call back request online. I would suggest that route if you are having problems.”

“It was a way process to book and had a wonderful afternoon tea- too much to eat and so had a doggie bag to take home to nibble on. Did not need anything more to eat all day. We were not rushed and had a good 2 and 1/2 hours chatting and eating and drinking with frequent fresh tea top ups !!”
