“Had a technical issue purchasing from the website but an email/ phone call to customer support was all that was needed . A very helpful person dealt with the problem & the vouchers were promptly dispatched for me to give as gifts for Christmas. Too early to know how the recipients got on/ enjoyed the experience but so far very happy.”

“Bought the voucher for a gift so can’t comment on how it is to redeem it. However, the choice of vouchers is extensive and the ordering process very straightforward. Delivery by Royal Mail was free and arrived the next day.”

“Easy to order and was delivered the next day. I emailed customer service to say that only one of my gift experiences had arrived and received a prompt reply saying the other one was sent separately and it came first thing the next day. Will definitely use again.”

“I have just ordered as a present for my niece and nephew a Two Night Getaway at a very reasonable price. The online ordering process was very straightforward and I received in the post the very next day the Voucher for them to activate at any time in the next 18 months or so. I have purchased these before for them and they have invariably been well satisfied with the hotels or guest houses chosen.”
