“I was looking to buy a trombone book and the most competitive price was offered on Ackerman Music and free delivery and I had previous good experience of shopping with them so decided to place the order but the picture of book cover on the website was different ( comparing with other google results ) so I emailed if it was the book as per the title. I received a reply to my email within minutes confirming the picture was a mistake and will be corrected. I proceeded with the order and it was delivered within 2 days , well packaged and posted through letterbox. Thank you.”
