“I recently wrongly ordered an alto saxophone ligature instead of tenor. When I realised my error I telephoned Ackerman Music. The gentleman I spoke to was very understanding. He said he was unable to stop the order because it had already gone out for delivery and the I should just check that the ligature did not fit both alto and tenor. If it did not fit he suggested I return it for a refund. I took delivery and found that it was indeed wrong. I returned it by postal service and very soon received a refund into my account. I have bought items for instruments and music over the years from Ackerman Music and have found their service and helpfulness nothing but first class.”

“Wish there was a sixth star available! Despatch of sheet music was immediate - packaging first class and bearing hand written instructions “please do not bend” as per my request. This was my first experience and when the music is gifted to my son in law (to be) at Christmas, I will encourage him to visit again, online. He may indeed be spending much time at the piano during convalescence following an accident in which he broke C2 and C6. Thanks to all there. Go carefully and be sure to enjoy your festive season!!!”
