“We ordered a book which another (popular) retailer failed to deliver to us, twice. We ordered from Ackerman Music and not only was it free but it came as promised ( but we did give an allowance because of the strikes). Would recommend.”

“Extremely helpful, kind and personable. I ordered the piano on Friday 23rd December in the afternoon and they delivered it next morning at 9.10. I rang Anthony several times that day to clarify things and he was extremely helpful. Andy the delivery guy was a joy and looked really worried when I told him that I could manage. Buying the piano was a very exciting and lovely experience. Thanks, guys.”
