“Taxes for shipping to Belgium are not included in the price. So pay attention, if you are a customer from CEE (add 20 euros at least). On top of that, I created an account to place my order but they disabled my account, so I was unable to trace the status of my shipment. I contacted customer service but no answer at all. I do not recommend this company.”

Hi Dominique, Sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service you received. We hadn't received any emails from you regarding this order. There should be no taxes to pay at your end as there is no VAT on sheet music. The tracking number for your order was sent with your email when the order was completed so you should have been able to track the order all the way. I will email you directly to discuss further.
