“I ordered a music training book from Ackerman for a birthday present. They were the only shop at the time who had the piece I wanted. The first one arrived within a couple of days. I then decided to order another piece from Ackerman again. Both times the books turned up on time with no hassle. Communication from the shop is excellent. I will only use Ackerman in future for all of my music pieces. Well done to the team. Thank you.”

“The service I received from Ackerman Music was truly excellent. There was an issue with the item I bought (a ukulele), but as soon as I contacted them they arranged to have it returned to them, fixed and back in my hands very quickly, without charging for shipping. The instrument was lovely, but sadly it was not quite right for me (no fault of either Ackerman or the instrument). When the I contacted them to return it for refund they were again very quick & helpful. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and hope to buy from them again. I heartily recommend them and am sorry to have been an awkward customer on this occasion, but grateful that the helpful staff made what could have been a bit of nightmare transaction so straightforward. Thank you Ackerman. A company well worth buying from for excellent service.”

“Received email confirmation after purchase with all detail. Piano book I ordered was dispatch the next day. Was lucky with Royal mail I received the book the day after that. The book was packaged in a harder large envelope with large text printed "DO NOT BEND" which was appreciated. The book was in new excellent condition for a good price. I have ordered from Ackerman Music before and will do it again if they have a book I need. Keep up the good work! It's very much appreciated! Highly recommended!”
