“I needed a trumpet mute. Ackerman was the only website which said what they had (just about all of them), said how soon it would come and said clearly how much the postage was - nothing! In all the mass of supposed info on the web, the ease and clarity of purchasing stood out. I ordered late on a Monday evening and got the parcel first thing on the Wednesday. Great website, great service.”
