“Taxes for shipping to Belgium are not included in the price. So pay attention, if you are a customer from CEE (add 20 euros at least). On top of that, I created an account to place my order but they disabled my account, so I was unable to trace the status of my shipment. I contacted customer service but no answer at all. I do not recommend this company.”

Hi Dominique, Sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service you received. We hadn't received any emails from you regarding this order. There should be no taxes to pay at your end as there is no VAT on sheet music. The tracking number for your order was sent with your email when the order was completed so you should have been able to track the order all the way. I will email you directly to discuss further. “The item arrived in an appropriately protective cardboard envelope and the enclosed book was in perfect condition. I would have no hesitation in using Ackerman Music again and would recommend them as a reliable supplier of music by post.”

“Incorrect item supplied. Ordered a violin chin rest but received a viola chin rest, which cost £24 including postage. Went through the returns process but no refund. Including postage cost, having to print a return address slip and provide my own padded envelope without receiving a refund is disappointing.”
